A softphone has no handset to lift, so nothing on your desk says you're on a call. The Embrava Blynclight fixes that. It follows your CounterPath Bria call state in real time and turns red the moment you're talking, giving Bria the visible "on a call" signal a desk phone used to provide.
Bria already knows the instant a call starts and ends. The catch is that a softphone is just a window on your screen, invisible to everyone around you. Embrava takes the call state Bria tracks and puts it on a light the people near your desk can actually see.
Embrava Connect, the free companion app for Windows and macOS, reads your Bria call state and drives the Blynclight to match. Green when your line is free, red the moment a call connects, and back to green when you hang up. There is no status to set and no light to touch. When Bria changes, the light changes with it.
If you run Bria alongside other tools, Connect lets you set a priority order, so a live Bria call outranks a quieter status and always wins the light. Nothing about your Bria configuration changes. There is no driver to install and no admin permission to grant. Plug the Blynclight in over USB, sign in to Connect, and pick Bria.
No phone on the cradle means no obvious "I'm on a call" cue. A red Blynclight gives Bria calls the physical signal a deskphone used to carry.
The light follows your Bria call state on its own. No status to remember to set, no light left red after you've already hung up.
The Blynclight Plus adds a built-in speaker, so an incoming Bria call rings out loud even when the softphone is muted in the background.
Push one color scheme to every Blynclight through the Enterprise Admin Console, with Group Policy for Windows-managed fleets.
