How it fits together

One call state, two places to see it.

Embrava Connect, the free companion app for Windows and macOS, reads your Bria call state and drives the Blynclight to match. Green when your line is free, red the moment a call connects, and back to green when you hang up. There is no status to set and no light to touch. When Bria changes, the light changes with it.

If you run Bria alongside other tools, Connect lets you set a priority order, so a live Bria call outranks a quieter status and always wins the light. Nothing about your Bria configuration changes. There is no driver to install and no admin permission to grant. Plug the Blynclight in over USB, sign in to Connect, and pick Bria.

I use a Bria softphone with no desk phone. How does anyone know I'm on a call?
That is exactly the gap the Blynclight fills. A softphone lives in a window nobody else can see, so there is no handset off the cradle to signal a call. The Blynclight gives Bria a physical tell: when you pick up or dial, the light turns red, and colleagues read it from across the room before they interrupt.
Does the Blynclight follow my Bria call status automatically?
Yes. Embrava Connect watches your Bria call state and drives the light to match. When you go on a call the light turns red, and when you hang up it returns to green. You do not touch the light or set a status by hand.
Which call states does the light show, and can I change the colors?
Available is green and on a call is red, with the colors you would expect for the rest. Every state is recolorable in Embrava Connect, so if your team has its own scheme you can map each Bria state to whatever color you like.
Do I need to install anything?

I get notification calls in Slack as well as Bria. Which one wins the light?

Can the Blynclight ring out loud when a Bria call comes in?
The Blynclight Plus adds a built-in speaker for audible ring alerts, so an incoming Bria call gets a sound as well as a flash. It is useful when the softphone is muted in the background and you do not want to miss a call.
