How long does deployment take?
Most orgs go live in 4–6 weeks for the first 10 floors. Subsequent floors compound. We've seen teams complete 50-floor rollouts in under 3 months, end to end.
Which calendar systems do you integrate with?
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Exchange on-prem. Native bidirectional sync — no middleware. We're the only vendor with read-write parity across all three.
Is the hardware PoE?
PoE+ on wired devices (Room Sign, Availability Display); battery + BLE on Desk Signs. Six-month battery runtime is typical; a two-year runtime cell is available for high-traffic floors.
What about data residency?
US, EU, UK, and APAC regions with in-region processing. Data stays where your employees sit. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR-compliant by default.
Can the platform run on-prem?
Yes. The Embrava Connect Cloud ships as a containerized deployment for regulated industries: kubernetes, docker-compose, or our hardened appliance. Same feature surface as cloud.
Do you support custom status lights?
Yes. Any Sign exposes our full color/pattern API so you can define what "busy," "focus," or "in standup" means for your team. Green, red, amber, yellow, purple are built-in.
