Genesys knows what every agent is doing. The Embrava Blynclight puts that on a light you can read down a row of desks. Available, on a call, after-call work, on break, each in its own color, so a supervisor scans occupancy across the floor instead of staring at a dashboard.
Genesys Cloud already tracks where every agent is in their workflow. That state sits inside the agent desktop, where only the agent and a reporting screen can see it. Embrava lifts it onto a light the supervisor and the agent's neighbors can read across the floor.
Embrava Connect, the free companion app for Windows and macOS, runs on the agent's machine next to the Genesys agent desktop. It reads the agent's state and drives the Blynclight to match: green when they are available, red when they are on a call, and a distinct color for after-call work or when they step away on break. The instant Genesys moves the agent, the light moves with it. The agent never touches it.
Where an agent runs Genesys alongside other tools, Connect applies a priority order, so a live Genesys interaction outranks a quieter status and always wins the light. There is no driver to install and no admin permission to grant. Plug the Blynclight in over USB, sign in to Connect, and point it at Genesys.
A supervisor walking the aisle sees who is available, who is interacting, and who is in after-call work without opening Genesys. Occupancy becomes a visual scan across desks.
The Blynclight Plus model carries a built-in speaker, so a tone can mark an incoming call or a queue threshold while the agent's eyes stay on the customer record.
The light follows the Genesys state on its own. No status to set, no stale "available" while an agent is mid-interaction or wrapping a call.
Push one color scheme and priority order to every Blynclight through the Enterprise Admin Console, with Group Policy for Windows-managed fleets.
