Employees can also reserve an open desk or check in on the spot, using the touch screen, a QR code, an RFID badge, or an NFC-enabled phone including Apple and Google Wallet.
What does the Embrava and YAROOMS integration do?
The Embrava and YAROOMS integration connects YAROOMS desk booking with Embrava Desk Sign, so booking information appears at the desk and employees can book or check in there.
It covers three moments:
- Before employees arrive. They find and reserve a workspace in YAROOMS.
- When they reach the desk. Desk Sign makes availability and reservation status visible in the physical office.
- When plans change. They act at the desk instead of returning to a laptop or searching an app.
The booking experience does not end when someone clicks “Book.” It continues all the way to the desk.
