Embrava + Eptura

Eptura is a whole worktech family: Eptura Workplace, iOffice, Archibus, and Condeco. Embrava is one sign that works behind all of them. Pick the Eptura product that fits the building, and the Desk Sign and Room Sign on the floor stay exactly the same. One hardware decision, every product in the suite.

Two layers, one floor

Who does what.

The Eptura family is the worktech software that decides who gets which space and when. Embrava is the hardware that surfaces that decision at the desk and the door. The same sign carries over whichever Eptura product holds the booking.

Eptura

The worktech family

  • Eptura Workplace, for workplace experience and desk and room booking
  • iOffice, for workplace and asset management
  • Archibus, the IWMS for facilities and real-estate management
  • Condeco, for room and desk booking
  • The system of record for who reserved what, across the suite
Embrava

The constant on the floor

  • Desk Sign and Room Sign at the point of use
  • Color status light readable from across the floor
  • Badge, NFC, Wallet, QR, and touch check-in
  • Ground-truth check-in data fed back to your Eptura product
  • The same hardware behind every product in the family
How it fits together

One sign, the whole suite.

Eptura was formed when iOffice and SpaceIQ merged, which is why the family spans booking, workplace management, and full IWMS. That breadth is exactly where one piece of hardware earns its place. A reservation made in Eptura Workplace, iOffice, Archibus, or Condeco shows up on the Embrava sign in real time, with the booking details, the time remaining, and a color state anyone can read at a glance. When an employee checks in at the device, by tapping a badge, an NFC phone, a Wallet credential, a QR code, or the screen, that check-in flows straight back to the Eptura product that holds the booking.

Nothing about your Eptura setup has to change. There is no middleware to run, no parallel calendar to keep clean, and no new login for employees. The integration is bi-directional and platform-agnostic, so if you run more than one Eptura product, or move between them as you consolidate, the signs on the floor never change. Your Eptura product stays the system of record. Embrava is the constant that brings it off the screen and onto the desk and the meeting-room door.

What Embrava adds

What an Eptura floor gains with hardware on it.

One sign behind every product

Eptura Workplace, iOffice, Archibus, or Condeco, the same Desk Sign and Room Sign work behind each. Standardize the hardware once and stop matching devices to whichever Eptura product a given site happens to run.

Check-in employees already have

RFID badge at 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz, NFC phone, Apple or Google Wallet, HID Mobile credential, QR, or a screen tap. No app to install, no new credential to issue.

Reality, not just intent

Your Eptura product captures who booked. Embrava captures who actually showed up. Every check-in is a ground-truth signal, so the utilization data feeding the suite reflects the building as it really runs.

Hardware that carries over

Room Sign for meeting rooms and Desk Sign for hot-desking and hoteling, driven by whichever Eptura product holds the booking. If you migrate between products in the family, the floor stays the same.

Common questions

Embrava and Eptura, answered.

Does Embrava work across the Eptura family?
Yes. Eptura is the worktech platform formed from the merger of iOffice and SpaceIQ, and its family includes Eptura Workplace, iOffice, Archibus, and Condeco. Embrava Room Sign and Desk Sign integrate through the Embrava platform, so whichever of those products holds your bookings, the booking appears on the sign and the check-in feeds back. There is no middleware and no parallel calendar to maintain.
If we run more than one Eptura product, do we need different signs for each?
No. That is the point of one hardware decision across a worktech suite. The same Embrava Desk Sign and Room Sign work behind Eptura Workplace, iOffice, Archibus, or Condeco. If a building runs one Eptura product and another building runs a second, the hardware on the floor is identical, and it carries over if you consolidate or move between Eptura products later.
Do I have to replace my Eptura product to add Embrava signs?
No. Embrava is the hardware layer that sits behind the Eptura product you already run. Your Eptura product stays the system of record; Embrava signs surface its bookings at the desk and the meeting-room door and capture check-ins. No rip-and-replace, no new credentials for employees.
What does Embrava add to an Eptura deployment that the software alone doesn't?
Physical hardware at the point of use. A Desk Sign or Room Sign that shows the booking on the desk or the door, a color status light readable from across the floor, and multi-method check-in at the device: RFID badge, NFC phone, Apple or Google Wallet, HID Mobile credential, QR code, or a screen tap. Every check-in is a ground-truth signal, so utilization data feeding your Eptura product reflects who actually showed up, not just who booked.
Do you have a Condeco-specific page?
Yes. Condeco is part of the Eptura family, and we have a dedicated page covering the Embrava and Condeco integration in detail at /partners/embrava-and-condeco. This page covers the wider Eptura worktech family, including Eptura Workplace, iOffice, and Archibus.
